Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis.If there are any defects with your product, please email us and request a return authorization. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and determine whether an exchange is approved. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange to us.

Shipping should take between 5-7 business days after the order has been placed. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. Custom purchases may be subject to an extended shipping time. Pendants are made from quality stainless steel with PVD vacum coated 18k gold plating. Every effort is made to photograph our jewelry accurately and describe our products in details. However, we cannot guarantee every monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Over time even the highest quality plated jewelry may need to be re-plated as it naturally wears down overtime. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow the instructions below. Avoid all contact with lotions and perfumes as both will contribute to fading your jewelry. Wipe jewelry after each wear with a soft cloth. For added protection keep jewelry in the packaging box/drawstring pouch provided. Do not use any jewelry cleaners on our products as they may change the integrity of the product.
